Bachelor of Social Work now accepting applications

The Bachelor of Social Work, offered on-line, will begin with its first group of students in September, 2012. This professional degree program is intended to equip practitioners with knowledge and best practices relevant to current local, national and global needs from a contemporary social work perspective.   Please refer to the online calendar for detailed descriptions of the program, admission requirements and courses.  

We are looking forward to receiving applications from students interested in the Bachelor of Social Work program that will be delivered online. Course delivery will include audio and visual components to augment online course materials.

Students will begin their entry into the program by attending an on-line orientation in September.

*We are anticipating offering an on-line orientation in place of the mandatory 5-day on-campus orientation listed in the calendar.

Applications to the Bachelor of Social Work degree program at Vancouver Island University will be accepted until March 31, 2012.  To download an application form or to apply online, please visit:  http://www.viu.ca/apply/  Official transcripts and admission documentation must be mailed to:
